Virtual AGM on Zoom
The Wild Scotland Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on the 19th November at 9:10 am - 9:50 am
The meeting will be chaired by Douglas McAdam, Chair of Wild Scotland. Papers for the AGM will be sent to members 21 days prior to the AGM and will include:
- AGM Agenda
- 2020 AGM Minutes held on 19th November 2020
- Financial Statements 2020-2021
- Member subscription increase proposal 2022
- Election of Wild Scotland Board of Directors 2021-2022
As part of the AGM you will be invited to a presentation where we will share with you the story behind the newly launched Wild Scotland brand and website. There will also be the opportunity to hear all about the Wild Scotland winter campaign - Nurture your need for freedom and adventure to help our sector recover.
Following the AGM, we invite you to take a short break before joining us for a special member only session: Nurture your business to ensure a sustainable future 10:00 am - 11:10 am
