More and more people are looking to be more responsible when travelling and looking for ways to give back. It's an incredible feeling enjoying Scotland's beautiful wildlife and nature, whilst also contributing to its preservation. Various Wild Scotland members offer conservation and volunteer holidays in all shapes and formats.

You could spend a couple of days tree planting, an afternoon helping to clear non-native invasive species or spend a week or weekend learning about rewilding on an estate focussed on regeneration.

If you want to exercise your intellect as well as your body on an activity holiday in Scotland, you might want to consider a field studies holiday set in the heart of Scotland's stunning countryside. You could study a wide variety of topics, including natural history and environmental studies.

Our members are committed to delivering first-class experiences and advocate responsible tourism.

Furthermore, all Wild Scotland members operate in line with our Best Practice Guidelines in regards to sustainability, accessibility, community and safety.
